Vikki Crossland has 21 years experience in selling property throughout the Aiken area and a total of 28 years experience in the real estate industry. She started her real estate career in Southern California. After relocating to Aiken, she joined Meybohm Realtors in 1985 as a Broker Associate. Not only is Vikki an accomplished broker, she is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). She soon became on of the top selling, multimillion dollar producing agents in Aiken.
The ABR designation is of particular importance to buyers because Realtors were only allowed to represent the seller in the past. Homebuyers involved with a buyer's agent will now have legal representation by an agent who works exclusively for them. Most importantly, the buyer receives the agent's services for free. For those selling their home, Vikki has both the training and knowledge to properly negotiate transactions that will ensure the seller is not legally compromised or treated unfairly or unethically.
